The game kicks off! real importance in this tie Poland need to win to go through, they believe in Poland that they can make it through and Poland come out the blocks quickly here as jakub blaszczykowski makes a good run down the right and is taken down for the first free kick of the match, the resultant free-kick taken by blaszczykowski hits the side netting.

It really is poland making all the chances in this game so far, Baros up front for the Czechs, not sure if hes touched the ball yet this game. Poland have had 3 or four decent chances in the first 20 minutes of this match. Polish trio of Piszcek, Blaczcykowski and Lewandowski really look the most dangerous players in this game possibly the group all three having a really good game so far.

Excellent shot by Boenisch that is well saved by Petr Cech, and another save by the Czech international and it looks to be very busy night for the goalkeeper. The Czech’s have their first real attack in the 25th minute at the same time the lightning seems to be featuring for the second time in Euro 2012, rain is really coming down too!.

The Czech’s have their first corner of the game nearing the half and hour mark, their starting to come into the game more now. On a side note we could be looking at another waterlogged pitch here if were not careful th rains really coming down in Wroclaw.

The Czechs are taking more of a stand in this game, Poland looking very dangerous on the break but the Czechs are having more and more of the ball and 36 minutes in Baros was through one on one with the keeper but couldn’t quite reach the ball, decent chance there. Another decent chance their for the czech as plasil takes a shot that gets a deflection, could have gone anywhere but it ended up straight at the keeper. The polish fans getting agitated here as well plenty of whistling!

The last five minutes of the first half the Czechs dominate with poland only breaking once other than that the Czech’s had many chances. Greece have just gone ahead which means both teams in this match are not going through as it stand at half time! Should make for and excellent second half.

Both teams are even in the opening 5 minutes of the second half, the polish maybe struggling to be productive with their possession. Neither team are being really clinical with their chances even after 10 minutes. Both teams really need a win in this match which seems to be making them both cautious not to concede.

60 minutes in now and Poland give away a cynacle challenge on the edge of the box, the concede another free-kick straight ater and poland are struggling to get out of their own penalty area and the Czech right back Gabriselasie heads over from the edge of the 5 yard box.

The Czech left winger Polak has won another free-kick near the edge of the area which produces a good save and clearance from the Polish Keeper. Still havent seen the poles out of their half for the last 5 minutes. Polak on the left wing for the Czechs has been terrific in this second half, he looks like a real player! Baros has a good attempt there and suprisingly that was his first shot on target for the tournament.

Poland just seem to not want the ball here, they constantly give the ball away, the Czechs break here and there it is the Czechs first goal of the game and now Greece and Czech Republic are heading through as group winners. A really well taken goal though there and the Czech’s almost score againwas it not for the offside flag being raised.

The game here is so stretched now as Poland bundle players forward, twice the Czechs have almost scored on the break now. The poles really need to be careful. The Czech have another free-kick and a vital clearance from the pole Dudka there were a queue of Czech players ready to score behind him.

only 5 minutes on normal time to play here and Poland are finally piling on the pressure here one header just skims off the top on the net. Now its kicking off here on the pitch with plasil and Blaczcykowski both getting a yellow card.

A great bit of football in the final minute from Poland with Blaczcykowski putting in an excellent ball toward Lewandowski, only 4 minutes left now with 4 minutes of stoppage time. The Czechs have a really scare right at the end there and the Czech’s are through as the final whistle goals, you have to feel for Poland here and Greece have knocked out Russia!.
